I had a post already planned for yesterday afternoon, but that must be postponed because we have some very exciting news at Creeky Hollow Farm. Lily had her first baby yesterday. I don't know if you have ever seen a baby goat, but they are the absolute cutest little things. We haven't given the little girl a name yet, but hopefully soon. Until then, here are a few pictures of our newest addition to the farm.

My grandparents had goats while I was a child--loved the little kids when they came along. Now my grandmother has baby donkeys which are their own brand of cute! I would love some land to have a goat--my husband and I have talked about it for years...we would name our goat Smuckers. Ha!

I had to respond to this post. For Christmas my son wanted a goat...a baby goat. Unfortunately we live in suburbia but luckily one of my best friends who has a farm allowed us to claim one of their goats as Thurgood's.
